Your Advisor and Wealth Partner
Brian founded Mills Wealth Management to create a home where institutional-level financial advice, education, and resources are made available to everyday people looking to simply grow and/or protect their hard-earned wealth. With nearly a decade of financial services expertise, his work is inspired by the pervasive lack of empathy and relationship driven financial advice that clients are commonly subjected to.
Prior to founding MWM, Brian spent six detailed years at a prominent multi-family office advisory firm, providing comprehensive planning and financial advice to individuals and families with net worths ranging from $1M to upwards of $10M. He brings the knowledge, experience, and genuine enthusiasm required to guide clients through the complexities of proactive tax strategy, estate/legacy planning, and diversified investment management. Earlier in his career, Brian also gained extensive experience evaluating and delivering long term care, annuity income, and insurance for financial advisors at Lincoln Financial.
What sets his approach apart is his particular passion for sharing expert advice rooted in deep, meaningful client relationships - the kind where a detailed financial plan review can happen in the same meeting as a conversation about your recent travels and the kids’ ridiculous Halloween costumes. As a Princeton University graduate of Psychology and Neuroscience, former Division I athlete and lifelong artist and creative, Brian possesses a uniquely diverse range of perspectives, contributing to the core belief that really listening, and genuinely knowing each client is not just a soft skill; it is the foundation of great financial advice.
COMMUNITY
Apart from serving clients, Brian is dedicated to giving back to his community, serving as a Los Angeles Advisory Board member for the nonprofit CollegeTrack, and serving on the board of the Princeton Club of Southern California.
In his personal time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Abby, and their two dogs, Moo and Clyde. He enjoys live music, travel, sports, and the visual arts in the Los Angeles area.
INSTITUTIONAL SUPPORT
A dedicated investment and operations team at Savvy Wealth, with deep expertise across portfolio management, trading operations, and institutional strategy.

Anshul brings nearly two decades of institutional experience at Bank of America, where he managed the Chief Investment Office's Sustainable Model Portfolio Suite and led alternative investment strategy across hedge fund, private market, and real asset strategies. He began his career as an Investment Strategist at U.S. Trust, designing multi-asset portfolios for high-net-worth and institutional clients.

Carly works across product, business, and go-to-market strategy for the firm’s institutional investment management offerings. Previously, she led SoFi’s personal financial management business. She began her career at J.P. Morgan in institutional fixed income sales, working in both New York and London.

David began his career at Goldman Sachs building a foundation in investment research and analytics. He later led trading operations exceeding $1 billion at Campbell Wealth Management and drove portfolio allocation using proprietary algorithms and advanced risk management techniques at United Capital Family Office.

Paul is a former proprietary equity trader who transitioned into wealth management, leading Centralized Portfolio Management at Brown Brothers Harriman for ultra-high-net-worth clients. He brings deep expertise across trading operations and centralized portfolio oversight.
